All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below:


  1. Packages are being shipped from our Warehouse in Los Angeles California/ South San Fransisco serving the east and west coast for fast delivery.
  2. Once your order has been processed, you order will be shipped with USPS priority mail UPS or DHL. 
  3. While we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

We have a lot of customers who wait last minute to order, and expect us to work miracles. This is the shipping method for you. Not only will you get your package the next business day, but it's guaranteed by (USPS or FEDEX). We guarantee to do our job to ship the package, signature can be required! Please keep in mind when selecting overnight delivery with FedEx, DHL, or USPS, we are not responsible for any problems that may occur should the package not arrive on time. Although they are extremely reliable, and promise a certain day and time guaranteed. We do our part and make sure we get your package to them on time, but we do not work for the shipping carriers so we can't be responsible for their mishaps. If a problem should occur we will assist you in every way that we can, but please call them first.

PARTIAL DELIVERY: Multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. This will not affect the cost of delivery; you will be charged per order for delivery, so there will be no extra costs in the event a single order is shipped in multiple deliveries.

ITEMS NOT DELIVERABLE: In the event an item cannot be delivered, you will receive notice from us within 5 business days. The purchased amount will be refunded by the use of your preferred payment method within 1 business day.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service or UPS. Curvy Fashion Chicks does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do NOT issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Our Return Terms: Items purchased within 7 days after delivery may be returned or exchanged, after the 7th day the item is considered final sale. You should therefore timely send back the return form. The articles should not be worn or washed articles must have all original tags and packaging (if reasonably possible) articles should be carefully handled and should not be kept in smoky rooms or kitchens and needs to be free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and odor. Upon the receipt of your return an email will be sent to your email address on file confirming the processing of your return and the initiation of your store credit minus initial shipping cost. We only issue storecredits All SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 Please note: For exchange completion we need the item back to us no later than 7 business days. For International shipments please send us a email at and your digital return form will be send to you by email.

If you would like to exchange your size, send us a email and your exchange will be FREE of charge after confirmation. You can ONLY exchange a different size once.

Non-returnable items include: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, Undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.
